I level heading (Heading 1) is exactly in the center of the page
Do not use first line indent in Heading 1, so then you can center heading exactly in the center.
Without indent in first line 
Solution:
Make sure, that there are no spaces before heading.
Align text in center.. (1)
Use Paragraph dialog-box (2) to assign first line as “None”. (3).
